Delivery Information

Please note that we currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom, Mainland Europe and Guernsey, Alderney and Sark. For Jersey based customers, see the Buy and Collect option.

Delivery is charged as priced below on each order. Your order will be dispatched from us within an hour of notification and payment of the item/s, if the purchase is received during normal shop hours Monday to Friday (9.30am - 5pm). If the order arrives on a Saturday before 12pm it may go the same day or be dispatched on the following Monday.

The consignment will be dispatched through Jersey Post and then on to the respective national postal services of the receiving country. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection.

We will only deliver the goods to the address that accompanies the order.

Important Notice

While Trek Plus do not charge UK VAT, we cannot be responsible for any costs incurred at the point of importation to the purchaser's country, if that purchase is intercepted by the authorities. You may be liable for the importation tax plus an administration fee (in the UK that would be the current rate of VAT plus a postal administration fee of at least £8). When making the payment for your purchase you are accepting this risk.

Buy and Collect (Jersey based customers only)

If you are a Jersey based customer and wish to purchase item/s online you can do so by using our Buy and Collect system. This allows you to purchase your products and secure them for personal collection from the store at 6a Colomberie, St. Helier within seven days. We do not offer refunds on the buy and collect system, however, credit notes may be issued at the discretion of the Management. This would not affect your statutory rights.
