FAULTY GOODS
The products and Companies that we stock have been selected for their quality. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be given the option of receiving a replacement at no extra postage cost to you, or a full refund. A replacement will only be dispatched upon receipt of the alleged faulty item from yourself. If on return to us the goods are found not in fact to be faulty, the orignal goods will be returned to you and the appropriate carriage charged.
When sending back goods that you have deemed to be faulty you must fill in the Returns Form sent with the purchase with a description of the fault and the requested action that you wish us to take.
If any goods become faulty during the product-guarantee period, this may vary from product to product and Company to Company (refer to the tickets attached to the purchased item), then we are duty bound by the Company issuing the guarantee to assist the customer in any way we can. This may neccesitate the sending of the item back to the Company involved for their expert assessment and testing prior to resolving the problem with the customer. If the item, having been assessed and tested by the Company issuing the guarantee, is deemed to not be faulty then the item with be returned to you and any carriage costs incurred by Trek Plus will be passed on to the customer.
It is important to state that any items being sent for assessment and testing through the post have to be clean and dry otherwise the parcel will be immediately returned to the sender with no action being taken. This is to comply with UK health and safety regulations. We do not have the facilities at the shop to clean and dry products.
