Returns

UK, Europe, Channel Islands (excluding Jersey)

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition.

All goods are to be returned, with the duly completed returns note, to Trek Plus C.I. Ltd., 6a Colomberie, St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 4QB, Channel Islands (Telephone number 01534-878549)

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. If you would prefer a credit note to use against your next purchase, please indicate this on your returns note.

We suggest for your own protection you use registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods returned and not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a re-stocking fee for any returns.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced, refunded or a credit note issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Jersey Buy and Collect

If you are a Jersey based customer who has made a purchase via our Buy & Collect system you are asked to collect your item within 7 working days.

If you have not collected your purchase within the time specified we will make telephone or email contact with you. If you decide that you do not want the product, either while it is still being stored by us or having been collected by you, we will issue a credit note or allow an exchange for another product/s, as long as you retain your receipt for presentation at the till. We do NOT give refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
